Marketing Manager

Talent Diamond is recruiting a Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, an established clinic in Dubai specializing in hair transplantation, hair restoration, and aesthetic procedures.

We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional with relevant clinic experience and a proven ability to generate qualified patient enquiries, increase consultation bookings, and deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for hair restoration and aesthetic services.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta campaigns, social media, SEO, and website content.
• Improve the patient journey from initial enquiry to consultation and treatment booking.
• Work closely with the clinic's enquiry and patient coordination teams to improve follow-up and conversion.
• Coordinate educational content, doctor videos, patient testimonials, and treatment results with appropriate patient consent.
• Strengthen the clinic's online reputation, visibility, and referral network.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and creative suppliers.
• Track campaign performance, cost per qualified lead, consultation bookings, and treatment conversions.
• Ensure marketing materials are accurate and follow applicable healthcare advertising requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated marketing experience within hair transplant, aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery clinics.
• Proven results in patient acquisition and digital campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics, and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage both marketing strategy and day-to-day execution.
• Strong communication, content planning, and project management skills.
• UAE healthcare or aesthetic clinic experience is preferred.
