General Labourer (Construction)

General Labourer

Were hiring General Labourers to support our construction crews and keep sites running safely and efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and tools

• Remove debris and keep walkways clear

• Assist trades with lifting, holding, and basic setup

• Sweep, shovel, and clean throughout the shift

• Follow safety directions from site supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous site experience is a plus, but not requiredwell train the right person

• Able to lift 50 lb and work outdoors in all conditions

• Steel-toe boots, hard hat, and high-vis vest (we can help you get them if needed)

• Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to contribute

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting from $20/hour, with increases for proven experience

• Full-time day shifts; overtime or weekend work may come up
