Store Manager

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a top notch Store Manager to lead their retail team in Mississauga.

Our client is an authorized dealer for TELUS and Koodo, operating multiple retail locations across Canada. They are known for delivering mobile, internet, and home solutions with a strong focus on customer service. We are looking for someone with proven retail management experience, preferably with TELUS, Koodo, Rogers, or Bell.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate staff to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Oversee daily store operations including sales, repairs, and customer service
• Handle escalated customer and employee concerns in a professional manner
• Manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and store organization
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation processes
• Handle staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and overall operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ year of experience in sales and repair, mobility or computers preferred
• Proven management experience in a retail sales environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with TELUS, Koodo, Rogers, or Bell is a strong asset
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
