Job Objective:
To oversee daily store operations, ensure sales targets are met, maintain excellent customer service standards, and uphold overall store quality and order.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the sales team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

  • Train and guide new employees to achieve store sales objectives.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.

  • Ensure adherence to work schedules, dress code, and store cleanliness.

  • Oversee the implementation of promotions and discounts in the store.

  • Participate in stocktaking activities and ensure data accuracy.

  • Motivate the team to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or retail sales experience.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency preferred).

Working Hours & Conditions:

  • 48 hours per week (1 day off weekly).

  • Work may be required during holidays or peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, packing season, etc.).

  • Flexibility to work in any UAE branch as per business needs.

  • Achievement of sales targets.

  • Customer satisfaction levels.

  • Punctuality and attendance.

  • Quality of product display & store cleanliness.

  • Speed & accuracy of sales transactions.

Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 4,000 7,000 (based on experience).

  • Attractive sales commission.
