About the job Indoor Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executives to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers, assisting them with product selection.

Display products attractively and maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Explain product features and benefits, answering customer inquiries.

Process sales transactions and generate invoices using the POS system.

Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and request required products.

Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
-
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues or escalate to the supervisor.

Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.

Participate in periodic stocktaking activities.
-
Maintain neat personal appearance and follow store dress code.
Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma (Diploma or equivalent preferred).

13 years of retail sales experience.
-
Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Proficiency in computers and POS systems.

Team player with ability to work under pressure.
-
Fluency in Arabic (English proficiency preferred).
Working Hours & Conditions:
-
48 hours per week (1 day off per week).
-
Work may be required during holidays or peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, packing season, etc.).

Flexibility to work in any branch within the UAE as per business needs.

Benefits:

Salary: AED 2,500 4,000 (based on experience).
