Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executives to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers, assisting them with product selection.

  • Display products attractively and maintain store cleanliness and organization.

  • Explain product features and benefits, answering customer inquiries.

  • Process sales transactions and generate invoices using the POS system.

  • Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and request required products.

  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues or escalate to the supervisor.

  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.

  • Participate in periodic stocktaking activities.

  • Maintain neat personal appearance and follow store dress code.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma (Diploma or equivalent preferred).

  • 13 years of retail sales experience.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Proficiency in computers and POS systems.

  • Team player with ability to work under pressure.

  • Fluency in Arabic (English proficiency preferred).

Working Hours & Conditions:

  • 48 hours per week (1 day off per week).

  • Work may be required during holidays or peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, packing season, etc.).

  • Flexibility to work in any branch within the UAE as per business needs.

  • Achievement of sales targets.

  • Customer satisfaction.

  • Punctuality and attendance.

  • Quality of product display & store cleanliness.

  • Speed & accuracy of sales transactions.

Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 2,500 4,000 (based on experience).

  • Commission on sales.
