Car Rental Agent

Working in Singapore Changi Airport

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers at the airport counter: reservations, check-out/check-in, payment & documentation.

• Proactively upsell protection packages, upgrades and accessories.

• Inspect vehicles for fuel, mileage and damage; coordinate handover/returns with operations.

• Resolve issues professionally; follow SOPs and company regulations.

Requirements:

• Customer-facing experience (hospitality/retail/aviation/automotive). Car-rental or airport experience is an advantage.

• Fluent English speaking

• Confident communicator; sales-driven with integrity.

• Comfortable with rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• IT-literate.

• Possess Class 3 driving licence with minimum 2 years of driving experience.

• Location: Changi Airport Terminals

• Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays

• Shift Hours: 9am-9pm (average 44 hrs/week)

• Job Type: Full-time
