️ About the Role

We are looking for a Car Rental Agent to join our dynamic team at Singapore Changi Airport. As the face of Sixt Singapore, you will be serving customers from around the world, ensuring smooth rental experiences while maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the airport counter: reservations, check-in/out, payments & documentation.
• Proactively upsell protection packages, upgrades, and accessories.
• Inspect vehicles for fuel, mileage, and damage; coordinate with operations team.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain high service standards.
• Need to shuffle the car.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience (hospitality, retail, aviation, or automotive preferred).
• Car rental or airport experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken English.
• Confident communicator, sales-driven, and service-oriented.
• IT-literate and adaptable.
• Possess at least 2 years driving experience.
• Have Malaysia Driving License (To get Singapore license withink 6 months after start working).
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Working Schedule

• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Hours: 9:00am 9:00pm 6 days per week

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Salary: SGD 2,400 3,000/month (Plus OT)
• Have commission and KPI after probation period
