Job Description

• The Therapy Support Associate (TSA) plays a key support role in:
• Assisting Occupational and Physiotherapists in safe patient handling and care
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the therapy department
• Covering both Occupational and Physiotherapy scopes (training provided)
• Pathway to Become a Licensed Occupational Therapist

This is a structured career pathway leading to full licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Singapore :

1. Candidates begin as Therapy Support Associates
2. Gain clinical exposure and familiarize with local practices
3. Prepare for and sit the Qualifying Examination (QE)

Upon passing QE, candidates may register and be employed as licensed Occupational Therapists

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Intention to complete the Qualifying Examination (QE) to become a licensed Occupational Therapist in Singapore
• Willingness to take English test as required by AHPC
• Remuneration & Benefits
• Basic Salary: From SGD 2,350/month onward
• Housing Allowance: SGD 500/month
• One-time Settling-in Allowance: SGD 1,000

• QE is not required during the initial TSA period
• No sponsorship provided for English language test
• Role is not recognized as official therapist until QE is passed
