Position: Outdoor Sales Executive

Location: Nationwide (based in Selangor /JB depending on candidate)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sector, with a focus on castor wheel solutions.

  • Promote company products and services through technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultations with clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by providing reliable after-sales support and technical advice.

  • Prepare, negotiate, and close sales proposals and contracts.

  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Gather and submit market intelligence and competitor analysis to management for strategic planning.

  • Work closely with the engineering/technical team to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.

  • Provide input for exhibitions, roadshows, and product marketing events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector, preferably in castor wheels, material handling equipment, or mechanical/engineering products.

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical) or equivalent is an added advantage.

  • Strong technical knowledge to engage with engineers, procurement teams, and production managers.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing accounts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage time effectively.

  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia and occasionally overseas.

  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Package & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM 3,000 RM 6,000 (depending on experience)

  • Commission: 2% on sales revenue (after exceeding target)

  • Performance Bonus: Quarterly & Yearly
