Job Title: Financial Executive (Bancassurance)
Location: Public Bank branches nationwide
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am 5.45pm (Occasional Saturday for roadshows)

About the Employer
Our client is a financial services provider partnering with a leading bank and insurance group to deliver bancassurance solutions. They are seeking dynamic individuals to promote insurance products and provide financial consultation services to customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote insurance products to walk-in and existing bank customers

• Provide financial consultation and recommend needs-based solutions

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve assigned sales targets

• Attend coaching, product training, and development sessions

Who Can Apply

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience

• No bad debt/bankruptcy record

• SPM (with at least 5 passes) accepted if no Diploma/Degree

Career Path & Salary Range

Financial Executive (Trainee)

• Qualification: SPM/STPM with 3 years sales experience, OR Diploma with <3 years sales experience

• Basic Salary: RM 2,600 RM 3,000

Senior Financial Executive (Trainee)

• Qualification: Degree holder with min 3 years sales experience

• Basic Salary: RM 2,800 RM 3,300

Senior Financial Executive

• Qualification: Degree holder with >3 years relevant experience

• Basic Salary: RM 2,800 RM 10,000
