Job Vacancy: Financial Executive (Bancassurance)

Working Days: 5 days/week (Occasional Saturday for roadshows)
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8.45am – 5.45pm
Saturday: As per scheduled roadshows (if applicable)
Reporting To: Branch Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities

Sales & Product Promotion
Promote insurance products to walk-in and existing bank customers
Explain product features, benefits, and coverage clearly
Identify cross-selling opportunities within the branch -
Financial Consultation
Provide professional financial advisory services
Recommend suitable needs-based insurance solutions
Conduct basic financial needs analysis for customers -
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with prospects and existing policyholders
Ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction -
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve assigned individual sales targets
Track and monitor personal performance metrics
Participate in sales campaigns and branch activities -
Training & Development
Attend coaching and product training sessions
Participate in personal development programs
Stay updated on new product launches and compliance requirements
Requirements
Minimum SPM with at least 5 passes; Diploma or Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of sales experience (banking or insurance preferred)
Degree holder with more than 3 years relevant experience may qualify for senior position
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales-driven mindset and target-oriented
No bad debt or bankruptcy record
Willing to work at assigned bank branches nationwide
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM 2,600 – RM 10,000
