Engineering Manufacturing Administration
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (6 days)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Industry: Food Manufacturing (Soy Sauce)
Job Responsibilities

Maintain production and batch records for brewing, fermentation, and bottling.

Assist in daily and weekly production scheduling and reporting.

Perform data entry and prepare basic production and efficiency reports.

Support inventory tracking for raw materials and packaging.

Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and maintain equipment records.
-
Assist Production, Engineering, and QA teams with documentation and compliance.

Support 5S, safety, and GMP-related activities on the production floor.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Industrial/Operations Management, or related manufacturing disciplines.

Experience in manufacturing environment preferred (F&B advantage).

Proficient in MS Excel and Word; ERP system knowledge is a plus.

Detail-oriented and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Salary & Benefits
