Marketing Content Creator

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both content writing and ads management. As a Marketing Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that generates leads and managing our ads campaigns to engage and grow our audience.If you are a self-motivated and results-driven marketer with a passion for creating compelling content and managing effective ads campaigns, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and brand identity.
• Create engaging, high-quality written content, including blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, and social media posts.
• Manage the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing metrics to improve performance.
• Manage and optimize our ads campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform content creation and ads strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to ensure content and ads align with business objectives.
• Track and analyze the performance of content and ads, using data to continuously improve strategy and achieve KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in content writing and ads management.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English, Chinese would be an advantage.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools, including Hubspot, and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in ads management platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio of writing samples.
• This is a Hybrid position, you would have the option to WFH twice a week. Our office is based in Salcedo Village, Makhati.
