Recruitment Consultant (Bahasa / Malay)

We are looking for a Bahasa Malay recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for finding the right candidate for each position.

Bilingual recruiter responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and requirements for each position
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify those who possess the required skills and qualifications
• Develop a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  
• Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process for successful candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malay
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues alike
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools such as applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and job boards
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment 
• Bilingual fluency in English and Malay
• Experience using recruitment software and tools
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
