Outbound Sales Representative

Primary Function
Sell B2C educational products
· You'll be selling to hot leads who have requested to pay for the course
· Make reports on your work
· Work in CRM

Background/Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year Sales Experience (International Account)
· Proven experience in the Outsourcing Industry, preferably in B2B or B2C sales set-up.
· Strong knowledge of Outsourcing Industry practices, including process optimization, service level agreements, and quality assurance
· Familiarity with relevant tools and software commonly used in the Outsourcing Industry, such as CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), or any project management tools
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal clients/stakeholders
