Mandarin/English speaking Recruiter Admin

This is a 3-month niche project, with the view of a longer-term role.

Project: To communicate and transfer 140 of the companys Chinese contractors to their medical insurance policy.

Main tasks:

• Contact by email and telephone to the contractors.
• Explain the benefits of transferring from their current medical insurance policy to the new insurance (discounted price, cheaper than existing, admin & claims support, etc.)
• Undertake all necessary admin and document tasks to complete the transfer.

Scope is 3 months for now, but there might be an opportunity for a longer term role for ongoing medical insurance admin & general recruitment admin with this division (one of the largest Chinese tech companies).
