Do you love social media and know a good creator when you see one?

We need someone to find creators who match our brand and help them make great content.

You'll handle everything: finding new creators, working with them, and keeping track of all the details.

You'll use our system to manage creators, send them project info, and make sure everything gets done on time.

This is flexible, remote work for someone who's organized and knows social media well.

Role Details

Here's what you'll do:

  1. Source creators through outreach and research across social media platforms

  2. Identify creators across our specific target groups (see full list below)

  3. Evaluate potential creators on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and other platforms

  4. Maintain and organize our influencer CRM system

  5. Manage communication with influencers: outreach, updates, deliverables

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in the creator/influencer marketing space

  • Know how to identify what makes a good creator for specific niches

  • Passionate about social media culture and creator trends

  • Understanding of our specific creator types:
    • Busy tech workers (9-5 office jobs)

    • Gym bros/fitness enthusiasts (especially bulking)

    • Hiking/backpacking adventurers

    • Other on-the-go lifestyles

  • Experience in finding and contacting creators through social media platforms and getting responses

  • Can work independently and hit deadlines consistently

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Used creator/influencer platforms (like Grin, Collabstr, or Modash)

  • Make content yourself (and have gone viral)

  • Social media manager background

  • Deep knowledge of fitness/gym culture and tech industry trends

  • Experience targeting creators in specific niches (fitness, tech, outdoor)

What We Offer

  • US $1,250 / month (full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week)
