The Role
Here's what you'll do:
Onboard new customers and ensure they're set up for success from day one
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks before they churn
Identify expansion opportunities and upsell customers to higher-tier programs
Handle support requests while looking for patterns that indicate upgrade potential
Track customer progress and use data to drive retention and revenue conversations
Build relationships with customers that lead to renewals, referrals, and expansion

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
3+ years in customer success, account management, or sales in a SaaS, digital products, or service-based company
Proven track record of meeting retention and expansion targets
Experience identifying upsell opportunities and closing expansion deals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with CRM tools and customer success platforms
Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in marketing or sales teams
Experience with subscription-based or coaching businesses
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
Previous work in wellness, fitness, or personal development industries
What We Offer
Compensation: $3,000/month USD
Schedule: Full-time contractor, 40 hours/week with overlap during EST business hours
Work Environment: 100% remote
