The Role
Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Handle email inbox triage: flag what matters, draft responses, keep things moving
Research topics, prepare briefs, and pull together materials before meetings
Coordinate travel, logistics, and personal tasks as needed
Track open action items and follow up with stakeholders on behalf of the executive
Organize documents, files, and internal systems so everything is easy to find

What We Look For
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Experience managing calendars and inboxes for a senior leader
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Outlook, Calendar, Docs)
Experience with project management or task-tracking tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar)

Compensation: $1,500 per month
Schedule: Monday–Friday, EST working hours (fully remote)
