Role Details
Here's what you'll do:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Communicate updates clearly and consistently
Coordinate with project managers and developers to move requests forward
Review deliverables before they go to clients
Track client requests, timelines, budgets, and hours
Anticipate needs and identify opportunities for improvement
Keep internal communication organized and documented

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
2+ years of client management experience
Strong communication skills and professional writing in English
Familiarity with web development processes (WordPress or Shopify preferred)
Comfortable using Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace
Ability to learn quickly and think critically under pressure
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience managing website maintenance or digital projects
Understanding of basic web terminology and workflows
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
Prior agency experience
What We Offer
$16–$21 per hour ($2,773–$3,640/month), based on experience
Full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week
100% remote, with overlap on EST business hours
