Role Details

Here's what you'll do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients

  • Communicate updates clearly and consistently

  • Coordinate with project managers and developers to move requests forward

  • Review deliverables before they go to clients

  • Track client requests, timelines, budgets, and hours

  • Anticipate needs and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Keep internal communication organized and documented

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of client management experience

  • Strong communication skills and professional writing in English

  • Familiarity with web development processes (WordPress or Shopify preferred)

  • Comfortable using Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace

  • Ability to learn quickly and think critically under pressure

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience managing website maintenance or digital projects

  • Understanding of basic web terminology and workflows

  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems

  • Prior agency experience

What We Offer

  • $16–$21 per hour ($2,773–$3,640/month), based on experience

  • Full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week

  • 100% remote, with overlap on EST business hours
