Role Details
Here's what you'll do:
Onboard new tree service clients and guide them through our lead generation process
Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Monitor client success metrics and proactively address any concerns or issues
Identify opportunities for account growth and expanded service offerings
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs and improve service delivery

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
2+ years of customer success or account management experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM systems and client management tools
Ability to analyze client data and identify trends
Proven track record of client retention and growth
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in lead generation or the marketing services industry
Background working with service-based businesses
Knowledge of sales processes and business development
What We Offer
US $1,500 $1,800 / month
Full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week
100% remote, with overlap on US business hours
