The Paid Media Account Executive is the person clients count on, someone who owns both the relationship and the results.
You've grown agency accounts year over year and presented the results face to face.
You'll run paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic for clients who expect real results.
You'll use AI to find better optimizations and deliver sharper recommendations, faster.

The Role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through regular, proactive communication.
- Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance.
- Lead client meetings to review performance, present reports, and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Use AI tools to support campaign planning, audience research, ad copy ideation, creative testing, and performance analysis.
Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years in account management or client services at a digital marketing or media buying agency.
- You've personally grown client accounts, not just maintained them.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatic.
- Professional, polished English. You'll be on client calls regularly.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in a professional context.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in an SEO or search marketing agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
What We Offer
- Schedule: Remote, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.
- Compensation: $3,500 to $4,000/month.
