Onboard new members into our pay-per-call community and systems
Monitor member engagement and proactively reach out to boost participation
Handle member questions, concerns, and technical issues quickly
Track member success metrics and identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with leadership to improve member experience and retention

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
2-3 years of customer success or account management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM systems and member management
Proven track record of improving customer retention
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in marketing or the online education industry
Familiarity with the Skool platform or similar community platforms
Background in sales or business development
What We Offer
US $1,500 $1,800 / month
Full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week
100% remote, with overlap on US business hours
