  • Onboard new members into our pay-per-call community and systems

  • Monitor member engagement and proactively reach out to boost participation

  • Handle member questions, concerns, and technical issues quickly

  • Track member success metrics and identify opportunities for growth

  • Collaborate with leadership to improve member experience and retention

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

  • 2-3 years of customer success or account management experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with CRM systems and member management

  • Proven track record of improving customer retention

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in marketing or the online education industry

  • Familiarity with the Skool platform or similar community platforms

  • Background in sales or business development

What We Offer

  • US $1,500 $1,800 / month

  • Full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week

  • 100% remote, with overlap on US business hours
