High Performance Manager/Coach

We are looking for a High-Performance Manager/Coach to work side-by-side with our founder, guiding up to 70 accounts through our proven System.

The Role

• High Energy, Real Connection: Bring warmth, enthusiasm, and authentic energy to every client call, letting your genuine personality shine through without feeling corporate or scripted.
• Deliver the Playbook: Lead structured 30-minute coaching sessions using our proven Household Leadership System to help parents transform their homes.
• Drive Lasting Growth: Guide parents through real implementation with clarity, encouragement, and loving accountability.
• Address Challenges directly: Spot gaps quickly and address them with tact, emotional maturity, and high care.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Keep clean, accurate session notes in our CRM systems and maintain professional boundaries.
• Protect Client Success: Support client retention and introduce families to additional programs when aligned with their goals.

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of coaching experience with a fresh, dynamic approach.
• Proven experience managing a large client portfolio (up to 70 active clients).
• Thrives on camera—delivering live, engaging video sessions where your personality shines.
• Comfortable working within a structured framework while staying warm and natural.
• A naturally positive, inspiring, and straightforward personality.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Parenting or family coaching experience (or lived experience as a parent).
• ICF credential or coaching/mindset certification.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-level coaching organization.
• Experience in relationship-based or back-end sales.

What We Offer

• Schedule: Remote, Monday to Friday, standard US business hours (38–40 hours/week).
• Compensation: $5,000/month base, plus structured performance incentives (starting with a 5% commission on back-end sales).
