Role Details
Here's what you'll do:
Own daily, weekly, and automated campaigns across the UK and Ireland using Klaviyo.
Build and optimize customer journeys using data-driven segmentation and triggered flows.
Ensure consistent messaging across email, SMS, and performance channels with creative and marketing teams.
Brief the creative team on campaign needs and optimize based on data insights.
Track performance, share insights to improve open rates, CTR, conversion, and LTV.

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
3+ years of CRM or email marketing experience
Advanced Klaviyo user (flows, integrations, dynamic content, A/B testing)
Strong understanding of segmentation, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies
Solid analytical skills
Experience working collaboratively with performance marketing teams
Excellent project management and communication skills
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in the beauty, consumer goods, or e-commerce industries
Experience in Shopify, Asana, and Attentive
What We Offer
6-month contract with a bonus upon successful completion
US $2,000 $2,200 / month (full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week)
100% remote, EST with 4-hour overlap with UK business hours
