Answering questions, tracking progress, and keeping clients accountable.
Managing our online community and coordinating with the executives.

Role Details
Here's what you'll do:
- Onboard new program customers and coaching clients
- Answer customer questions about programs and guides
- Monitor customer progress and check-ins to keep them on track
- Handle support requests and troubleshooting for digital products

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of customer success or client management experience
- C2 English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with digital products and online coaching
- Self-motivated and organized
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with shopify or e-commerce platforms
What We Offer
- Up to USD $2,000 per month
- Full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week
- 100% remote, with overlap on EST business hours
