Role Details
Here's what you'll do:
Respond to customer texts with helpful, friendly support
Schedule and reschedule pest control appointments
Follow up on payments and add credit cards on file
Answer customer questions on Yelp and other platforms
Solve customer issues quickly and keep them happy

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
2+ years of customer support experience
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable handling payment and billing inquiries
Reliable internet connection for remote work
Nice-to-Haves:
Phone support experience
Experience with pest control or the home services industry
Yelp or review platform management experience
What We Offer
US $1,400 - $1,600 monthly
Full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week
100% remote, with availability during PST business hours
