The Role

• Manage multiple projects in Asana while handling client communications and calendar scheduling

• Process emails, prepare contracts, and coordinate seamless client onboarding

• Compile weekly business scorecards tracking metrics from Stripe, SamCart, social media platforms and other systems

• Prepare daily priority "Shot Lists" for Justin and update travel/commitment calendars

• Handle brand collaborations, sponsorship inquiries, and special project coordination

Must-Haves

• Experience setting up and managing projects in Asana

• Excellent email management skills

• Calendar coordination experience

• Strong written communication abilities

• Ability to work independently

• Exceptional attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Getting Things Done (GTD) system

• Familiarity with AI tools like GPT or Claude

• Previous experience supporting creative entrepreneurs

• Data compilation and presentation skills
