The Role
Answer customer questions by phone, email, and text
Help new leads become customers using simple scripts
Handle basic complaints and pass complex ones to management
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly pickup routes for drivers
Use GPS tools to track trucks and optimize routes

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
Fluent in English and Spanish, speaking and writing
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Good phone and email skills
Comfortable using basic computer software
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot
Previous routing or logistics experience
Waste management industry knowledge
