The Role

  • Answer customer questions by phone, email, and text

  • Help new leads become customers using simple scripts

  • Handle basic complaints and pass complex ones to management

  • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly pickup routes for drivers

  • Use GPS tools to track trucks and optimize routes

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, speaking and writing

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good phone and email skills

  • Comfortable using basic computer software

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot

  • Previous routing or logistics experience

  • Waste management industry knowledge
