The Role
Answer customer questions and fix problems
Update our product tracking systems
Talk with customers and partners through email and social media
Explain how our subscriptions and returns work
Help with other tasks to get our supplements to more people

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
Experience with eCommerce
Know how to use Shopify
Speak and write perfect English
Comfortable talking on the phone with customers
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Zendesk
Knowledge of shipping and logistics software
Experience with customer service tools
What We Offer
$1,200 - $1,500 monthly pay
Work Saturday through Wednesday (flexible hours)
