Role details
Here’s what you’ll do:
Set up tracking in GA4, GoogleAds, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and MicrosoftAds
Send ad data to HubSpot, Salesforce, or Shopify to close the revenue loop
Merge and clean data via APIs, offline conversions, and Looker Studio
Review performance to spot wins and fix issues
Build dashboards that link spend to revenue, CAC, and LTV
Flag problems or opportunities right awayno waiting for meetings
Use GenAI and ML tools to speed up QA, insights, and reporting

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
Expertise with Google Analytics 4 implementation and configuration
Experience with conversion tracking across multiple ad platforms
Strong knowledge of CRM/eCommerce platforms (HubSpot, Shopify, Salesforce)
Looker Studio reports
Excellent communication skills to simplify complex reports
Experience working with AI tools for analytics
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with offline conversion tracking solutions
Familiarity with APIs for data integration
Background in digital marketing strategy

US$1,700$2,200 / month (fulltime contractor, 40hrs/week)
