We're looking for a Customer Success Manager in the e-commerce space.
You'll be the driving force behind our members' growth.
You will get to guide them, help them stay on track, answer their questions, and be a trusted resource.

The Role:
Community Management:
Scroll through the forum and chat history and learn how the community flows.
Attend new live calls with community owners/coaches and take notes of FAQs.
Student Support Specialist - Daily Tasks
Answer student questions across platforms and help keep the learning community active.
Meet with students one-on-one on video calls to help them in their journey.
Document coaching calls and provide recaps.
Process Optimization:
Monitor student performance and provide feedback and support.
Analyze common student challenges and communicate improvement areas to instructors.
Report learning progress metrics to leadership and program stakeholders to improve community experience.

Skills & Experience:
E-commerce experience required
Experience in customer success, community management, or coaching
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable hosting video calls and leading group discussions
Basic understanding of Facebook Ads and Shopify (we'll teach you the rest)
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $1,300 - $1,500 USD/month (based on experience)
100% remote, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST
