  • Optimize onboarding for new clients entering our scaling program

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years in customer success or account management

  • Experience with Meta advertising platforms (Facebook/Instagram)

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business models

  • Excellent communication skills across Slack, Zoom, and email

  • Data analysis abilities to track and report client growth

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in digital marketing, specifically paid social

  • Experience working with e-commerce brands

  • Knowledge of email/SMS marketing for retention

  • Prior role in a coaching or consulting environment

  • Familiarity with scaling businesses from 7 to 8 figures
