Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years in customer success or client facing roles

• Experience working in big company (Fortune 500)

• Perfect English

• Strong listening and coaching skills

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in career coaching

• Worked with execs before

• Know how career growth works
