In this role, you will be the face and heart of our organization.

We need a Customer Success Manager to help students in our online community stay on track.

You'll help us build a community for people who want to land a career in building tech for the government.

You'll get to build trusted relationships with the students, and you'll work alongside Symoné B. - a famous tech content creator and industry expert.

What You'll Do

Student Success & Engagement:

  • Guide new students in understanding the GovTech industry and career choices

  • Ensure students complete their assignments

  • Build relationships with them to keep them engaged and motivated

  • Daily review of students' goals and 1-on-1 calls to offer personalized advice

Community Management:

  • Take notes during live coaching calls and share helpful summaries

  • Stimulate activity and engagement by posting daily updates and responding to inquiries in forums and chat platforms

  • Encourage students to attend coaching calls, complete assignments, and participate in the community

Process Optimization:

  • Spot trends in student challenges and give feedback to optimize programs

  • Maintain an FAQ doc and recommend new content based on common questions

Student Retention & Upselling:

  • Increase retention and completion rates

  • Identify opportunities for upsells and renewals

  • Reduce refund requests by making sure every student is happy with the program

Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with online education/coaching programs.

  • Background in career coaching, tech, or professional development.

  • English proficiency.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: $1,500 - $1,700 USD per month, based on experience.
