A leading customer retention email marketing agency for e-commerce brands.
In this role, you'll work between our copywriters and designers, run client calls, and oversee projects to completion.

The Role
This role is for you if you're excited to:
Lead client meetings to report on email performance and plan for future campaigns
Project manage client initiatives from start to finish
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to manage the pipeline of work
Onboard new clients and manage expectations throughout the relationship
Ensure the quality of deliverables, maintaining high standards for all client projects

Skills & Experience
Must-haves
Senior account management experience
Experience managing 5+ clients at the same time
Minimum 2 years of Klaviyo experience or using another email service provider actively in their day-to-day operations
At least 1 year of experience in an agency setting
Experience managing small teams or coordinating communication between different stakeholders
What We Offer
Salary: USD $2,500 - $3,500 (depending on experience)
Year-end bonus (based on hitting KPIs)
