The Role

  • Plan and run content strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok

  • Build engaging carousels using our design templates and brand guidelines

  • Film behind-the-scenes content and B-roll during monthly Lisbon visits

  • Support founder's personal brand across Instagram and LinkedIn

  • Repurpose podcasts and interviews into shareable social content

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years managing social media for brands or creators

  • Expert video editing skills (Reels, TikToks, short-form content)

  • Strong understanding of hooks, headlines, and visual storytelling

  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools

  • Based in Portugal with ability to travel to Lisbon 2x per month

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Veed, Metricool, ClickUp, and Slack

  • Background in SaaS, finance, or tech marketing

  • Comfortable appearing in behind-the-scenes content

What We Offer

  • Salary: USD 2,400 per month

  • Schedule: Full-time with flexible hours (daytime availability required)

  • Remote-first, with in-person filming sessions in Lisbon 2 times per month
