The Role

As our Senior Google Ads Manager, your mission is simple: drive results from day one.

We want a seasoned expert with 5+ years running profitable accounts, a data-first mindset, and sharp communication.

Youll set up, refine, and expand search, display, video, and Local Services campaigns, turning insights into ROI.

You will

  1. Own the creation and improvement of Google Ads for search, display, and video for local services

  2. Set up tracking systems to see which ads bring in customers

  3. Build, maintain, and troubleshoot GA4 and CRM tracking integrations

  4. Review ad performance and find ways to make the ads work better

  5. Share results and explain what's working in plain language

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

  • Deep expertise in GA4, conversion tracking, tag implementation, and CRM integrations

  • Attention to detailyou catch what others miss

  • Clear and fluent written and spoken English (this is non-negotiable)

  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions with confidence

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience running ads for home service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.)

  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, etc.)

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Zapier, and major CRMs

  • Experience scaling past 6 figures

  • Youre obsessed with performance and always looking for an edge
