The Role

  • Ensure clients understand how to use our systems

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years in customer success or account management

  • Strong phone and email communication skills

  • Experience using CRM systems

  • Ability to learn financial products quickly

  • Excellent follow-up and organization skills

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in finance, lending, or credit

  • Experience with sales or closing deals

  • Knowledge of business funding or credit stacking

  • History of working with entrepreneurs

What We Offer

  • Monthly compensation: $1,500 - $1,800

  • Remote environment

  • 8 AM to 5 PM EST with a flexible schedule
