The Role
Guide clients through our proven business lending program (no financial experience necessary)
Ensure clients understand how to use our systems
Track client progress and help solve any issues
Connect clients with the right funding options
Help clients reach their goals and celebrate their wins.

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
2+ years in customer success or account management
Strong phone and email communication skills
Experience using CRM systems
Ability to learn financial products quickly
Excellent follow-up and organization skills
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in finance, lending, or credit
Experience with sales or closing deals
Knowledge of business funding or credit stacking
History of working with entrepreneurs
What We Offer
Monthly compensation: $1,500 - $1,800
Remote environment
8 AM to 5 PM EST with a flexible schedule
