We are looking for someone who can own the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
You'll track customer health, spot risks early, and make sure no one slips through the cracks.

The Role
Here's what you'll do:
- Onboard new customers and guide them through the Skool program structure
- Monitor customer progress and reach out to keep them engaged
- Handle customer questions, troubleshooting, and support requests
- Follow up with inactive customers to get them back on track
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver results for customers

Skills/Experiences
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years in sales (required)
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience with CRM systems
- Comfortable with Discord and online community management
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous work with coaching businesses
What We Offer
- Compensation: $2,500 USD per month
- Hours: Full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week
- Schedule: 100% remote, with overlap on EST business hours
