R104 - Customer Success Manager

From onboarding to final delivery.

The Role

• Guide veterans through the VA claims process from intake to claim delivery.
• Manage your own client portfolio and track every case from first touchpoint to close.
• Communicate proactively with clients — set expectations, deliver updates, and resolve concerns before they escalate.
• Coordinate with internal teams (medical review, IMO creation) to keep cases moving on schedule.
• Identify at-risk clients early and take action to protect retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records in the CRM for every client interaction.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in a customer success, client services, or account management role
• Experience managing a high-volume client portfolio
• Proficiency with a CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in veteran services, healthcare, insurance, or benefits industries is a plus

What We Offer

• Compensation: $2,300 USD/month
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, EST hours
• Work: 100% remote, contractor role
