Role Details
Heres what youll do:
Build data-driven creative strategies and test plans that map insights
Produce at volume: ship weekly creative packs (e.g., 50300 variants) across video + static using GenAI pipelines.
Own the pipeline: prompt libraries, LoRA/ControlNet presets, reference boards, batch rendering.
Partner with designers & editors to refine outputs
Automate the boring stuff: set up workflows (APIs/Zapier/Make/Python)
Report what matters: present creative learnings with clarity (hook retention, thumb-stop %, CTR, CVR, CPA/ROAS).
Stay cutting-edge: evaluate and pilot new GenAI tools; document playbooks so the team scales with you.
You'll fit right in if you are a
- A translator: You turn KPIs into simple creative tests.
- A platform pro: You know what works on Meta vs YouTube vs TikTok.
- A story + data thinker: You tell a clear story, then measure it.
- An AI power user: You use AI to make a lot of good work, not one-offs.
- A producer: You guide the look and feel, even if you don't design every pixel.
Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
- 4-6+ years in creative strategy, production, or performance ads.
- A portfolio with video and static ads (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google).
- Proof you've done AI production at volume. Tell us the tools and the numbers.
- Bonus if you also use: Premiere, After Effects, Resolve, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Strong communication. You can present the results and outline the next steps.
- You know B2B funnels and B2C ecom KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, AOV, LTV).
Nice-to-Haves
- Design or motion background; short-form editing.
- Experience with multivariate testing or smart rotation.
- B2B for tech/SaaS; UGC direction and briefs.
- Basic automation: batching, prompt templates, file naming, traffic flow. Nice if you've used Zapier, Make, simple APIs, or Python.
