The Role
You will be providing friendly and helpful support through:
Handle customer questions across platforms (socials, emails, calls etc.)
Respond to customer reviews online
Improve customer experience processes
Listen to customer issues, find solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Must-Haves
Previous customer service experience
Rock-solid English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with multi-channel customer support is a plus
What We Offer
Schedule: 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the potential of moving up to 5 days a week after a few months.
Timezone: EST time zone with creative scheduling
Compensation: $7 - $10 per hour (depending on experience)
