You'll own the full client journey — from onboarding to renewal — inside our Skool community.
When a client goes quiet and stops engaging, you're the person who reaches out first and brings them back.

The Role
- Onboard new community members and guide them through their first 30 days inside Skool.
- Track client health scores inside the CRM and flag accounts showing signs of drop-off.
- Run weekly check-in calls with clients to review progress, celebrate wins, and remove roadblocks.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities during client conversations and hand them off to sales.
- Manage day-to-day client communication inside Discord — answering questions, running threads, keeping energy high.
- Collect feedback from clients after key milestones and turn it into actionable notes for the team.

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce)
- Excellent English skills (C2 level).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience working with coaching or education businesses
- Experience with Skool / Discord or similar community platforms
What We Offer
- Schedule: Remote, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST
- Compensation: $2,500 to $3,000 USD/month
- Team: You'll work directly with the CEO and a small team of CSMs supporting active community members.
