TECHNICAL PRODUCTION ENGINEER / CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER - Amberes

Mission

Support construction management by coordinating technical and production activities on site, ensuring that construction works are executed efficiently, safely and according to engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse IFC drawings, isometrics, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate daily with:
• • Construction supervisors
  • Subcontractors
  • QA/QC
  • Planning
• Ensure construction works follow approved procedures and technical specifications.
• Prepare and track:
• • Work packages
  • Method statements
  • Construction sequences
• Identify technical clashes or engineering inconsistencies and coordinate solutions with engineering teams.
• Support planning with progress reporting and productivity monitoring.
• Control material availability and construction readiness.
• Participate in site walkdowns and punch list activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–10 years experience in industrial construction projects.
• Strong experience in:
• • Piping erection
  • Mechanical equipment installation
  • E&I installation
• Ability to interpret:
• • P&IDs
  • Isometrics
  • Layout drawings
  • Cable routing drawings
• Familiar with construction management tools and progress tracking.
