About the job German Onboarding Account Manager - Barcelona
Join our team Barcelona and support an exciting Digital Marketing Ads project. Were looking for German-speaking talent to onboard high-potential companies, drive product adoption, and help clients grow through impactful PPC strategies.
Responsibilities

Onboard new clients and build strong customer relationships.

Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns.

Make outbound calls to promote services and identify client needs.

Increase campaign spend through upselling and strategic guidance.

Maintain accurate customer records and manage a high volume of daily calls.
Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
-
C2 German + strong English.

2+ years in sales or marketing, ideally client-facing.

Independent, results-driven, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Experience with CRM, customer relationship management, and AI tools.

Solid understanding of the German market, business culture, and GDPR considerations.
