Support an exciting Digital Marketing Ads project! We are looking for German-speaking talent to onboard high-potential companies, drive product adoption, and help clients grow through impactful PPC strategies.

Position: German Sales Representative
Location: Barcelona
Work Model: Hybrid (39h/week)

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and build strong customer relationships

  • Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns

  • Make outbound calls to promote services and identify client needs

  • Increase campaign spend through upselling and strategic guidance

  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage a high volume of daily calls

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (C1-C2) + good level of English

  • EU Passport or Spanish Residence Card

  • 1+ years of experience in cold calling and IT outbound sales prospecting

  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and identify decision makers

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, confident, and competitive

  • Solid understanding of digital advertising and social media platforms
