About the job German-speaking Sales Representative - Hybrid BCN
Support an exciting Digital Marketing Ads project! We are looking for German-speaking talent to onboard high-potential companies, drive product adoption, and help clients grow through impactful PPC strategies.
Position: German Sales Representative
Location: Barcelona
Work Model: Hybrid (39h/week)
Responsibilities

Onboard new clients and build strong customer relationships

Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns

Make outbound calls to promote services and identify client needs

Increase campaign spend through upselling and strategic guidance

Maintain accurate customer records and manage a high volume of daily calls
Requirements
-
Native or fluent German (C1-C2) + good level of English

EU Passport or Spanish Residence Card

1+ years of experience in cold calling and IT outbound sales prospecting

Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and identify decision makers

Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, confident, and competitive

Solid understanding of digital advertising and social media platforms
