About the Role

Were hiring a growth-oriented Senior SaaS Marketing Manager to own and scale the operational backbone of a high-performance SaaS / GTM organization. This is a hands-on, data-driven operator role responsible for aligning distributed teams, driving execution, and eliminating friction across Product, Go-To-Market, and Customer Success.

You will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to turn strategy into execution, bring clarity to fast-moving environments, and ensure teams are aligned on priorities, ownership, and outcomes.

What You'll Own

Operational Execution & Enablement

  • Lead day-to-day operations to ensure consistent, on-time execution across teams

  • Design, implement, and optimize workflows, systems, and processes powering the GTM engine

  • Own project timelines, resourcing, and operational prioritization

  • Identify operational risks and proactively implement solutions

  • Run the company's operating cadence (weekly accountability, scorecards, sprint cycles)

  • Establish clear ownership, metrics, and accountability across initiatives

  • Own and continuously improve tools for project management, documentation, reporting, and execution

  • Simplify and streamline operations to maximize speed and focus

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted operator and execution partner to the CEO and leadership team

  • Break down silos between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

  • Act as the connective tissue that keeps remote teams aligned, energized, and focused

Data & Decision Support

  • Translate raw data into actionable insights and executive-ready dashboards

  • Define and track the metrics that matter for growth, retention, and execution

  • Use data to guide operational decisions and uncover growth opportunities

Strategic Planning

  • Drive clarity and focus across the organization as initiatives scale

  • Support long-term planning through strong operational foundations

  • Stay ahead of GTM and operational best practices to enable sustainable growth

What Were Looking For

  • 5–10+ years in senior operations, strategy, or execution-focused leadership roles

  • Proven experience scaling high-growth, remote-first, async teams

  • Strong background in operations, execution, and organizational alignment

  • Deep exposure to GTM, lifecycle, or retention operations

  • Highly analytical with a bias toward execution and measurable results

  • Systems thinker who values clarity, structure, and efficiency

  • Low-ego, high-accountability operator who gets things done

Technical & Tooling Experience

  • Project Management: ClickUp or similar tools

  • Data & Reporting: Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, models), Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

  • CRM & Lifecycle: HubSpot, Brevo, or comparable platforms

  • Automation: Zapier, Make, or similar tools

Logistics

  • Fully remote, async-first environment

  • Availability required between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM EST

  • Full-time, long-term role
