As the HR Manager. You'll be responsible for building and protecting the structure that drives our people performance. From talent acquisition to incentive systems, your work will be the backbone of how we grow intentionally.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Management (The Growth Engine)

  • Design, implement, and lead the recruitment strategy for all roles, from junior to management level.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to prepare for future capacity needs
  • Write and publish job posts, manage outreach, and run first-round screenings
  • Coordinate online assessments and candidate interviews
  • Design hiring scorecards and decision frameworks
  • Ensure we always have a bench of A-players ready to go

Organizational Development & Performance (The Structure)

  • Review and optimize our org structure as we scal
  • Develop and manage tiered incentive and bonus structures that reward high performance, client retention, and profitability.
  • Set up performance management systems and review cycles
  • Design transparent career paths, titles, and promotion frameworks
  • Benchmark compensation and recommend adjustments
  • Own internal alignment between role performance and company profitability

Culture, Policy & Risk Management (The Glue)

  • Document and enforce company policies and expectations (remote team playbooks)
  • Design incentive systems (quarterly bonuses, rewards, stretch goals)
  • Build rituals that strengthen company culture (check-ins, retreats, pulse surveys)
  • Advise on risk/compliance related to cross-border employment, benefits, and contracts
  • Be a trusted advisor to leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or Talent Management
  • Proven success building HR systems from scratch, not just maintaining status quo
  • Strong experience hiring and managing remote teams (especially in Southeast Asia)
  • Excellent communicator, coach, and builder of trust
  • Attention to detail.
  • You think in systems, act with empathy, and care about results
  • Youve worked in a high-growth agency, startup, or service-based business (bonus)

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience with ClickUp, Notion, or async work environments
  • Have created your own hiring scorecards, incentive models, or culture decks
  • Can confidently partner with founders on long-term org planning
