Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the effective usage, availability, and compliance of IT systems and services across the cluster and outstation sites. The role will involve project management of system implementations, vendor liaison, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure to support business operations. The Executive – IT will play a key role in enhancing system utilization (SAP, CRM, IoT, etc.), ensuring compliance with IT policies, and recommending technology-driven improvements to deliver greater business value.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective usage of business systems (SAP, CRM, etc.) and recommend improvements to enhance business operations.
  • Project manage and actively participate in system implementations at main and outstation sites.
  • Ensure availability of IT systems and services across all locations; track and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
  • Liaise with software/hardware suppliers for support, sourcing, and maintaining service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security procedures, agreements, and asset tracking.
  • Provide IT services and support to main company and outstation sites.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge:

  • Business systems: SAP, CRM, agriculture automation systems, IoT devices.
  • Desktop technologies: Windows OS, advanced threat protection, Google Apps email, Fortigate firewall, access points, Active Directory
  • Networking and troubleshooting: LAN, VPN, ISP, server management
  • IT policies, compliance, and asset management.

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Project management certification and/or proven experience.
  • 4–5 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
