Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Business Leadership

  • Develop and implement annual business plans aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion in Indonesia.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
  • Lead risk management initiatives, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

2. Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations across all functions, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for departments, ensuring accountability and performance.
  • Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements.

3. Financial Management

  • Control and monitor office budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Oversee fund collection activities, ensuring timely invoicing, payment follow-up, and cash flow stability.
  • Maintain transparent reporting of budget usage and fund collection status to senior management.

4. People & Culture

  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning for critical roles.
  • Ensure effective communication channels between management and staff, promoting trust and morale.

5. Stakeholder & External Relations

  • Represent the company with government agencies, industry associations, and key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
  • Act as the public face of the Jakarta office, safeguarding reputation and brand integrity.

6. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and internal policies.
  • Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations.
  • Maintain ethical business practices and uphold the company's code of conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indonesian market, regulatory environment, and business culture.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and managing P&L.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Communication in Chinese is mandatory for Chinese speaking clients.
  • High integrity, resilience, and ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on executions.
