Job Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to ensure company sales targets are met.
  • Regularly analyze sales data to identify gaps and develop improvement measures.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain existing customer relationships, conduct regular follow-up visits, and understand customer needs.
  • Develop new customers and expand sales channels.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide high-quality after-sales service.

Marketing:

  • Participate in the development of marketing strategies and organize their implementation.
  • Collect market information and understand competitor trends.
  • Organize or participate in trade shows, promotional events, etc.
  • Team Management:
  • Responsible for the daily management of the sales team, including recruitment, training, and assessment.
  • Motivate team members and improve the team's overall sales capabilities.
  • Coordinate relationships among team members and create a positive working environment.

Channel Management:

  • Maintain and develop sales channels, including distributors and agents.
  • Maintain good communication with channel partners, providing support and assistance.
  • Supervise channel partners' sales activities to ensure compliance with company policies. Risk Control:
  • Identify and assess risks in the sales process and implement appropriate measures to control them.
  • Comply with company rules and regulations to ensure compliance with sales activities.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
  • Report work to superiors regularly.

Job Requirements

  • College degree or above, marketing or related major preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in electric vehicle or related industry sales, with experience in electric tricycle sales preferred.
  • Team management experience preferred.
  • Familiar with the performance, characteristics, and market conditions of electric tricycles.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong market analysis and judgment skills.
  • Strong team management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in office software.
  • Proficient in English skills both in speaking and writing
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  • Strong ability to withstand pressure and execute effectively.
  • Strong learning ability and innovative spirit.
  • Good work ethic and teamwork spirit.
  • Healthy and able to travel for extended periods.
  • Driver's license required
